Stéphane De Winne a toujours eu la vocation : « Je voulais être boulanger-pâtissier ». Il est tombé dans le pétrin voici 30 ans. « D’abord auprès d’un artisan. Puis, j’ai eu ma propre boulangerie, ici, à la rue Jean Jaurès à Roux. Cela a fait 25 ans le 1er décembre ».
Des crises, il en a connues. Mais jamais de cette ampleur…
